Shipping policy

  • Please expect 5-8 business days for shipment. 
  • Upon shipping, a shipping confirmation email containing UPS tracking information will be sent to you. 
  • Once packages leave our facility, our company has the same shipping and tracking information that is sent to the customer. Shipments can at times be subject to delays that are unfortunately out of our company's control. If packages arrive late or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping service directly, within 90 days.
  • Gonzalez Wood Studio will not be responsible or liable for purchases delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • We are only able to ship to locations in the Continental U.S.; This includes Alaska and Hawaii. We are unfortunately unable to ship to Puerto Rico or Canada.
