RETURNS & EXCHANGES

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE? 

Returns and exchanges must take place within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund or to make an exchange. Customer provides return shipping. No restocking fee.  The original item(s) must also be unused and in the same condition in which they were purchased.

To start the return or exchange process, please contact us by email. To move forward with the return or exchange, we will require proof of purchase, which may be an order confirmation email, an order number, or a receipt.  Please attached 1- 2-3 pictures of the item. 

REFUND POLICY 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and that the refund has either been approved or rejected. 

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please allow at least 10 business days for the credit to show on your bank statement. There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credit may be granted. 

Gonzalez Wood Studio will not be responsible or liable for purchases delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.

At Gonzalez Wood Studio, we strive to bring out the natural beauty of wood. Each piece has a unique wood grain, color, and markings. We stand behind the integrity and quality of our handcrafted products and we take great pride in knowing that each piece is truly one-of-a-kind. 

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly work with you to either return or exchange an item. (Review Return Policy). Please note that this guarantee does not apply to products that have been mistreated or re-conditioned.
